Variable Rate History Information

• This product is for customers who are out-of-contract, being billed on a month-to-month rate. Customers can lock-in a fixed rate plan at any time, and their new rate will be effective within 3 business days.
• The rate for each month will be posted by the last day of the prior month.
• Under this plan, usage is billed on a pro-rated month. For example, if customer's usage of 1,000 kWh for a 30 days cycle had 15 days in October and 15 days in November, 500 kWh would be billed on the October rate, and 500 kWh on the November rate.
