Customer Service Representative
Champion has the immediate need for a customer service representative (CSR). The employees in our customer service group answer customer questions, utilize our computer systems, research issues and refer matters to the appropriate Champion departments when necessary. Candidates should have excellent personal skills, good computer abilities and at least some college education. Prior customer service experience is a plus.
Billing Analyst Champion is in search of a billing analyst to validate and process customer invoices generated by Champion's billing system. Strong analytical, personal and organizational skills are a must and candidates should have a college degree or have previous billing experience.
