Report a Power Outage or Electric Emergency

We'll be there when the lights go out.

Champion Energy is proud to supply the power for homes and businesses. However, sometimes that flow of power gets interrupted along the way. Power outages are typically caused by factors that neither Champion Energy nor your local electric utility can control such as severe weather or accidental damage to part of the electrical grid (electric transmission and distribution infrastructure like poles and wires). The local utility monitors the flow of electricity through their poles and wires and will work to restore power as quickly as possible in the event of an outage.

If you contact us during an outage, our customer care agents can report the outage to the utility on your behalf then relay status reports from the utility as they are released. The fastest way to report an electrical outage or emergency is to contact your local utility directly.
